Rediscover the Magic: Returning to Marina di Venezia

The spring air at Marina di Venezia is fragrant with Matteo's freshly cut grass, plants blooming under Stefano’s tender care, and trees nurtured by Massimo for months. This natural reawakening mirrors the revival of our campground, which is ready to welcome you thanks to our dedicated staff.

The reopening is marked by annual rituals beginning about a month before the grand entrance gate swings open. Each team, from maintenance workers to electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and painters, has distinct tasks. Some trim hedges and oleanders, others collect leaves and branches from pruning, some clean the roads throughout Marina di Venezia, and a few refresh the campground's road markings annually. Our meticulous planning ensures that nothing is overlooked, with every detail carefully managed.

Gardeners work diligently to rejuvenate the Listón, the central avenue and heartbeat of the campsite. Meanwhile, store managers are busy tidying shelves and organizing new stock, while our restaurants and bars gradually regain the neat, welcoming ambiance that you and we cherish.

Leo Park, our expansive playground, and the Leo Club, a hub for children's activities with entertainment staff, are also being refurbished to ensure they're ready to delight our young guests. The stage, the venue for all summer light, music, and magic shows, receives expert maintenance. While the magic curtain and twinkling lights take a winter hiatus, they will be ready and gleaming just in time to host the baby dance in April, ushering in a season filled with joy and melodies under the stars.

Strolling by the stage, you might hear the soothing sounds of water. The pools in our water park are being cleaned, filled, and heated, promising enjoyment for athletes and relaxation seekers who, starting April 20th, will enjoy swimming sessions or relax in the whirlpools.

But our activities extend far beyond the campground. At dawn, beach vehicles are already at work smoothing the sand and flattening the winter dunes that protect the kiosks. Lifeguards and workers follow, setting up towers and platforms that extend down to the sea, and the pole for the Blue Flag—an international accolade we proudly receive for meeting sustainable beach management criteria.

The anticipation of reopening is tangible, even among our team. We eagerly await your return and the chance to see your smiles again.

We look forward to welcoming you soon at the Marina di Venezia!
